This is a highly confidential process.  We offer the first interview of up to 2 hours free of charge whereafter, once the score of the matter is discerned we can give a more accurate evaluation of potential fees.

Additionally, we have long experience in representing Owners, Trainers and Officials before the Disciplinary Committees of Greyhound Racing in both the UK and Eire.  We have investigated claims of Rule Infringement, Doping and Fraud, prepared documentation, interviewed witnesses and conducted contested inquiries – one of which, in Limerick, lasted three days.

For anyone seeking to bring an action for Professional Negligence against a Solicitor, we can give an Assessment of Potential, usually at first interview (free for the first hour) based on Mr Strachan’s knowledge of Professional Conduct and Requirements from his work as an Intervening Agent on behalf of the Law Society.

A separate assessment of fees will be given dependent upon the nature of the claim and the level of damage sustained.  Fees will be calculated at the level shown in our hourly charges.  Conditional Fee arrangements are not available for any of these matters.
